Our Customer Portal allows you to:
- Login and view you work and estimate history.
- Update your communication preferences, update addresses and contact information.
- Check the status of your order.
- Request new jobs or submit up to four photos for an online estimate.
If you do not already have login credentials, please contact River City Door at (706) 565-5305 or firstname.lastname@example.org to request access. When tracking the progress of the order please refer to the table below for clarification of the order status.
|On Order||Customer & Job information has been entered into our system and the order has been submitted to the manufacturer.|
|In Production||Order has been scheduled for production by the manufacturer.|
|Scheduled to Ship||Your order has been assigned to a truck and delivery route, and a ship date has been assigned.|
|Partially Received||Some components of your order have been received and we are awaiting the remaining components.|
|Received||Your complete order has arrived at our warehouse. You will receive a call shortly to schedule installation.|
Note: Due to ongoing supply chain challenges and shipping delays orders may remain at the same status for several weeks. We review orders weekly, and you will be notified via email of any status changes.
